Can you really learn magic?
There are two types of "real magic".
One type is the Illusion
form used by professional stage magicians. This one can be learned. The
best way to start is to find a few books that teach simple slight of
hand tricks and illusions. As you get better you can join clubs and
groups that have stage magic as a commonality.
The other type of "real magic" is that practiced by those of us following any of hundreds of pagan spiritual paths.
The type of magic we practice isn't the sort of thing you see in
movies, and television shows nor what you read about in "fiction" books.
Our type of magic uses the mind and will to manipulate naturally
occurring powers.
This is achieved through, meditation, self-hypnosis, spells and rituals.
Learning this kind of magic starts much as any study. You will need to
find several books on the subject, written by reputable authors who
follow and practice their spiritual path conscientiously. Read several
of these books and then make an effort to find others who have similar
interests.
Most communities have responsible, ethical groups that
can help you in your studies and development as an ethical practitioner
of magic.

secret of the magicians repertoire. Valentino creates “the magic” then
proceeds to reveal the reality of the illusions before a captivated
television audience.

What’s the secret of the Criss Angel walks on water magic trick?
What’s the secret of the Criss Angel walks on water magic trick? How does he do it? The secret most likely points to illusion and camera video editing. The most convincing explanation to the trick is that Criss Angel was walking on some kind of floating device, or plexiglass, or perspex platform, or transparent plastic bridge, or glass path, or vertical poles, which may have had some gaps for swimmers to occasionally swim across it. Some also suggested that a wire support was been used to suspend him, which may have been positioned under his arm, especially for the first 25 seconds or so. For all these tricks and optical illusions to happen, perhaps all the ‘audience’ and ’swimmers’ in the video are actually actors that were in on the magic and were hired to add a realistic and believable feel to the trick. The video may be have been edited by using CGI to hide the thick platform in the water.
